The love for the traditions and the authentic flavors aren’t just fashion but culture. Abruzzo is a region characterized by the variety of different landscapes, from the sea to the mountain, and a picturesque rural area of valleys and hills.

On top of one of these hills, at 320 meters on the sea level, there’s Città Sant’Angelo, an ancient town in the province of Pescara in whose territories the culture of farming has been a tradition for centuries.

There, for several generations, TENUTA FRAGASSI is passionately dedicated to the harvest and the selection of the best olives and tomatoes, combining ancient traditions with modern technologies.

With these products, obtained with love, work and wisdom, TENUTA FRAGASSI wants to bring all the aromas and flavors from Abruzzo to all countries around the world

A vast selection of sauces to please any palate and to keep the cooking interesting tasting every side of the know how of Abruzzo Fragassi tomatoes and traditional handmade recipes.

Basil, Zucchini, Aubergines, Peppers, Mushrooms, Truffles, Arrabbiata (with chili peppers), Neapolitan, Mediterranea, Pizza, Vodka and Puttanesca (with olives)

NEW BRUSCHETTAS, PESTO & SPREADS

A classic selection of Bruschettas with mushrooms, sweet peppers, olives, artichoke, mediterranean, asparagus and sun dried tomatoes with capers.

The most classic Pesto with basil and with basil and tomatoes.

Last but not the least the very Italian spreads with Black olives, Green olives, Chili peppers, Garlic & Chili peppers, Black Truffle sauce and the pure Chili peeps spreads.

 

NEW ABRUZZO & CLASSIC STYLE PASSATA

In this range anyone can discover the unique smooth taste and consistency of the Abruzzo Pera tomatoes, along with a traditional rough cut tomatoes passata, the so calle din Italy Vellutata because of its extreme velvety smooth consistency, and last but not lest the dark and yellow tomatoes passata.

All these passata are sometimes not available due to the seasonality and harvest conditions.
