We love to travel. We love to get immersed within the people and the places we visit. We love to chat with our producers and learn about the work that they are doing. We love to take home some of their know-how and to share it with other people.

This is essentially the philosophy upon which SO Italian Food Wine Spirits has been built. We also believe that honesty is at the base of every great creation, and so we select people and food and wine and spirits where we love to spend time, beyond mere business moments. We believe in a convivial way of doing business with business as just a small but essential part of our lives.

For this we try to spend as much time as possible in Italy with our 3 children visiting places, learning from that melting pot of culture that Italy is and discovering every time something amazing which makes us want to share it back at home in Ireland.

We are happy to share our findings of Italian daily culture from a country that has its head in Switzerland - Austria, its heart in the Mediterranean sea and its feet in Africa.
