PANETTONE CLASSICO VOGUE
The Panettone from Pasticceria San Carlo, classic and aristocratic, the pride of Milanese Christmas pastry making, is made with a masterly leavening of mother yeast and a fine flour that tastes like pure wheat.
We use the freshest milk to prepare the creamy centrifuge butter and eggs from free-range hens.
With sinuous shapes and enveloping aromas of vanilla, with cubes of candied orange from Sicily and Turkish sultanas, it has a golden color and a very soft and light structure, slightly moist and with a fabulous silkiness.
The taste is full, harmonious and clean, a pleasure for the most refined palates.
