SICILIAN COLOMBA D&G - FIASCONARO CASTELBUONO
The story of the Fiasconaro family and the collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana starts a few years ago in Castelbuono, a small town in Sicily’s Madonie Park, in the Fifties, and it eventually remains in Castelbuono.
This story finds its rotta and reason to be in the passion to transmit to the consumers all over the world the Sicilian spirits and its stories.
Stories that originally were transmitted by the beautiful nd unique pottery works of art and by the Sicilian troubadours running all over the island with their famous little chariots all depicting the stories that the troubadours was chanting.
From the encounter between the creativity of Dolce & Gabbana and the confectionery art of Fiasconaro, a unique recipe of precious Easter celebration gifts could only arise : the typically Dove Easter cakes and the spread and the classic Sicilian nougat.
MINI COLOMBA - EASTER MINI DOVE CAKE
A mini colomba in 100g size, without candied fruits, with mandarin essence, and almond and pistachio glaze, decorated with sugar and pistachios.

COLOMBA ALLE MANDORLE - ALMONDS EASTER DOVE CAKE
A traditional recipe of our Colomba (Dove Easter cake) of 750g, where the fragrance of the dough is enhanced by fresh Sicilian orange peel and covered with icing and almonds, of course rigorously Sicilian.

COLOMBA AL CIOCCOLATO - DOUBLE CHOCOLATE EASTER DOVE CAKE
An exceptional 1kg creation, topped with a double glaze of dark chocolate and wild strawberry preserve.
Indulgent chocolate drops scattered in the dough, accompany by a jar of Sicilian chocolate spread with spatula to further enhance this special gift.

For those with a particularly sweet tooth the panettoni collection is completed with three different flavours of spreadable creams:
Sicilian pistachio, almond and chocolate.
CLASSIC SICILIAN LITTLE NOUGAT
The new Torroncini by Fiasconaro Dolce & Gabbana will be enclosed in splendid tins of three different formats enriched by the typical decorations of the Sicilian cart with geometries inspired by the mosaics of the floors of the Palatine Chapel in Palermo.
