SICILIAN PANETTONE D&G - FIASCONARO CASTELBUONO
The story of the Fiasconaro family starts in Castelbuono, a small town in Sicily’s Madonie Park, in the Fifties, and it eventually remains in Castelbuono.
This story was originally started in 1953 by their father, Mario Fiasconaro, who over time managed to turn his small ice-cream parlour, located in the main square of the town, into a thriving business in the field of confectionery and catering.
From the encounter between the creativity of Dolce & Gabbana and the confectionery art of Fiasconaro, a unique recipe could only arise : the typically Milanese panettone revisited with the flavors of Sicily.
The common ingredients of this extraordinary union between North and South are respect for tradition and the courage to experiment, the search for perfection and the discovery of Beauty.
But it was above all the love for the handcrafted product entirely "Made in Italy", to blend together the excellence of fashion and pastry.
DOUBLE CHOCOLATE
Panettone with 2 chocolate is the new entry of the collection Christmas 2022.
A "dark dough", with milk and dark chocolate from single-origin cocoa beans, enriched with orange paste, on the top cross cut "engraving" without icing.
HAZELNUT & MANNA CREAM
It is an invitation to discover the delicacies from the Madonie, the mountain range standing out against the province of Palermo.
In this confectionery offer, the rich taste of hazelnuts grown over the centuries in the area of the Polizzi Generosa village, whose altitude promotes the creation of an ideal habitat for this cultivation, chimes with the refined taste of the manna cream cultivated in the hills between Castelbuono and Pollina. Here, the bark of hash trees, cut by the skilled hands of local farmers who to this day carry out an antique craft, secrete a precious liquid which solidifies when heated by the rays of the sun.
SICILIAN ALMONDS
A masterpiece from the Fiasconaro tradition: the panettone with sicilian almonds.
The naturally leavened dough is enriched with raisins aromatized by the Vecchio Samperi wine and the dessert is completely covered with icing, sugar grains, and sicilian almonds.
PANETTONE VECCHIO SAMPERI
This classic panettone is carefully made with soft pieces of candied orange and citron combined with raisins.
It is accompanied by the elegant bottle with a wine nebuliser in a 30ml bottle to spray directly on the dessert: a ritual with a Made in Italy flavour.
The SAMPERI wine nebulised on the panettone will carefully enhance the buttery finish of the panettone dow as well as underline the candied citruses and the zibibbo raisins.
CHESTNUT & GIANDUIA
The Glazed Chestnuts and Gianduia Panettone Covered in chestnut cream and a chocolate glaze.
This delicacy already present in the Fiasconaro catalogue is a scrumptious recipe ideal for the upcoming holidays.
Ideal to be tasted covered with whipped cream.
pistacchio
The Sicilian pistachio panettone, by now a true classic of Fiasconaro pastry.
It is covered with white chocolate and pistachios and is accompanied by a jar of velvety pistachio cream with a special golden spatula.
A classic to be enjoyed with a. classic small glass of Zibibbo Passito, or a Demi Sec Moscato Bianco di Siracusa.
MIX OF SICILIAN CITRUSES AND SICILIAN SAFFRON
A unique recipe, proposed in 3 weights: 1 kg, 500 g and 100 g.
