Our range of SO Prosecco has been produced in the protected heartland of VALDOBBIADENE since the 1950s and sourced from a group of selected vineyards in the areas of San Pietro di Feletto, Refrontolo, Col San Martino and Miane.
Both our two D.O.C.G. Cuvée Prosecco Superiore Spumante (Brut and Extra Dry) and our D.O.C. Treviso Frizzante guarantee a high quality and classic Prosecco experience. Using modern and traditional methods of vinification SO Prosecco has created a complex and a very enjoyable style of Prosecco with a steady consistency in quality and production.

SO PROSECCO CUVEE EXTRA DRY D.O.C.G.
Grape : 100% Glera from a selection of Valdobbiadene vineyards
An elegant smooth Prosecco Cuvée from the heart of Prosecco region, Valdobbiadene. A wine with one of the finest and persistent perlage.
Colours : Pale yellow with creamy tinges.
Bouquet : Delicate, lively, the notes of peaches and cream with added mineral stone fruit character deliver a unique smooth complexity.
Taste : On the palate it has a lovely full mouth feel with lush ripe fruit and delicious honey peach flavours.
Pairings : Perfect as an aperitif. It emphasises dishes based on white fish, and delicious with cakes and biscuits.
Alcohol level : 11.0% by vol. - Serving temperature : 6/8 °C.
SO PROSECCO CUVEE BRUT D.O.C.G.
Grape : 100% Glera from a selection of Valdobbiadene vineyards
A lovely clear driest of wines, with green lights and a persistent fine perlage, this Prosecco Cuvée comes from the heart of Prosecco region, Valdobbiadene.
Colours : Straw yellow with greenish tinges.
Bouquet : A very elegant minerality shows tones of crispy apple aromas with notes of wild flowers and fruit.
Taste : On the palate it has a wonderful bitter lemon twist, green apple and crisp acidity which adds to the elegant complexity.
Pairings : Excellent as an aperitif. It emphasises dishes based on any type of fish, and great with dessert.
Alcohol level : 11.0% by vol. Serving temperature : 6/8 °C.
SO PROSECCO FRIZZANTE DOC TREVISO
Grape : 100% Glera
SO PROSECCO FRIZZANTE has a nice burst of large bubbles in the glass and its freshness and pear tones make it a crowd pleaser, and the king of Spritz.
Colours : Straw yellow with greenish tinges.
Bouquet : Fresh and elegant with a lovely pear/stone aroma. A secondary creamy aroma reminiscent of peaches and cream add vibrancy to it.
Taste : The stone fruit flavours with white fruit and aromatic tones give a lovely complexity to the wine.
Pairings : As the traditional Venetian aperitif or in a cocktail, such as Spritz, Bellini and the very local Sgroppino.
Alcohol level : 11.0% by vol. Serving temperature : 8 °C.
